All our orders are processed as soon as received and will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt. Once shipped, the below delivery timescales will apply.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMESCALES*

UK: 

£3.99 - Standard (3-4 working days)

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States: £22.99 - Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed (20 to 30 working days)

We ship our products using a tracked service to ensure your order arrives to you safely. Freya & Bloom Co has no control over delays due to orders held by customs. If incurred, the buyer remains responsible of any import/custom charges. Should a parcel return to us by customs, we will refund the order cost from which we deduct handling & processing fee as per our Returns policy.
