Refund policy

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges will be honoured due to the custom-made nature of our trade as well as hygienic reasons. 

Due to the unique and unpredictable nature of tie dye process, you will receive a one-of-a-kind item (as cool as our fingerprints)! As such, colour vibrancy/pattern may vary. Certain colours may show pigmentation due to the presence of elastane fibres. There may also be variations of colour due to settings and screen resolution of mobile devices, tablet or computer screens. The buyer understands that a "not as described" dispute will not be accepted as a result. 

As a small business, we carefully inspect, pack and photograph all our orders before shipping to ensure you receive the best experience when ordering with us. We truly hope that you will be completely satisfied with your order, however, if you feel that there's an issue with any of your items, please contact us within 24 hours with a description of the issue and images and we will arrange a free of charge replacement (same item/colour/size - no exchanges/refunds are permitted).

We ship our orders using a tracked service to ensure the packages arrive to you safely. Freya & Bloom Co will not accept any responsibility for incorrect address information, parcel refusal or non-collection from your local postoffice.

If a parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable, the order will be subject to handling and processing charges of £20. If a parcel is lost due to incorrect address information/non-collection/refusal and is not returned to us by the carrier, we would not be able to issue a refund for your order. If a refund is required, this will be processed within 14 days.
