Is your apparel authentic?

All Nike products sold on our website are 100% authentic and purchased from Nike stores or their authorised retailers.

Is the dye safe for my baby?

Absolutely! We're committed to using the highest quality dyes in the market: vegan, non-toxic, chemical-free and vetted by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The dyes we use are equally safe both for yourself and your little one.

How do I wash tie dye apparel?

We customise all products by hand using the best-quality, non-toxic dyes and we add fixatives to ensure that the colours remain vivid wash after wash.

All products are washed multiple times at 30 degrees Celsius to avoid any colour bleeding. Ideally, we recommend hand wash in cold water for the first time after which all apparel can run though the washing machine on a 30 degrees Celsius cycle. Please refer to product labelling for further information.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All our orders are processed as soon as received and will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt. Once shipped, delivery timescales will apply depending on your location. You can read more about our Shipping policy here.

What are your delivery options?

We ship our products using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your order arrives to you safely. Our delivery options are:

UK: 

£3.99 - Standard (3-4 working days)

Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United States:
 £22.99 - International Tracked/Signed (15 to 30 working days)

Can I change my details once the order has been placed?

Please contact us at info@freyaandbloom.co within 24 hours if you have noticed an error with the shipping details and we'd be happy to update your order details. We may not be able to amend shipping info beyond this timeframe.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges will be honoured due to the custom-made nature of our trade as well as hygienic reasons. If you feel that there is an issue with your item(s), please email us at info@freyaandbloom.co and we'd be happy to look into this. You can find our full Returns policy here.

What happens if my order has not arrived?

Whilst we endeavour to respect our delivery timeframes, due to unprecedented times, Covid-19 and increased mail volumes, delivery timescales are something the carrier aims for and not a guarantee. Please email us at info@freyaandbloom.co if you did not receive your order within 14 working days for orders placed in the UK and 45 working days for rest of selected countries.
